Quick question for which I can't seem to find an answer in the help system:
When starting the transcription of a book, following the preliminary pages, the
first reference page number is supposed to account for all print page numbers
whether they exist or not, e.g. 1-4, even though the text actually starts on
page 4. I know that you can redefine the reference page number for the
subsequent runover page as a4, etc., but do not know how to redefine the
reference page number to, say, 5, if page 4 ends at a page division line and
not at the bottom of the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
