Don,
Here's how to set a Juliet Classic to factory defaults:
1. Take the embosser off line and enter the Service Menu by entering 0.1E.
2. Enter the following sequences:
95E
96E
98E
99E
The embosser will automatically exit the service menu, go through its
initialization sequence, and come back on line set to factory defaults.
