[duxuser] Setting Hierarchy with HI

I was looking through some of the styles in various Duxbury templates. I
noticed that there are about 9 numbrs after the "HI" command in the English
American Textbook BANA template. Usually, I've never seen more than 5
numbers and I think I'm beginning to understand what they do. Can anyone
help with what the additional numbers do?
