Hi Sylvie,

Have you looked at 10.4 Help. Translation Tables?  This explains the 
differences and codes that can be used.

As I understand it, essentially "Spanish Original" is Spanish as from Spain, 
while "Spanish Reducida" is Mexican Spanish.
