Thanks for helping me find the bell!
FYI: (for screen reader users)I went to global, then up arrowed one to view
preferences.
I changed the 0 to 7 and then tabbed to okay.
I entered on okay the save the change.
After doing so, I opened a blank document and spaced 33 times and then I
heard a Perkins brailler sounding bell.
How cool is that!
Glad to have the bell back!

I am using PerkyDuck Version 12.4
I seem to remember that in one of the older versions of PerkyDuck there was
indeed a bell about 7 characters from the end of the line.
Now it seems to have gone away.
Could you please let me know where I might find the bell?
