Hi All,
I've been able to get a copy of the Transcribers Guide in Word format, and have posted it on the Techno-Vision Web page. It's a 120k Winzipped file, so won't take long to download. The header description is as follows.

A Duxbury Systems User's Guide for Transcribers, with Emphasis on BANA Formats
This guide was completed on June 27, 2000. It was written with emphasis on BANA Braille Formats, for use with the Duxbury Braille Translator for Windows, version 10;2d and 10;2e, build dates 1999-3-11 and 1999-6-4.
