Hi Kuenga,
I would suggest that this is an almost impossible task. Wages alone vary a
great deal from one country to another. Likewise the cost of braille paper
also varies greatly depending on where it is made.
Other factors such foreign currency exchange rates can also affect prices. For
example, it is not very long ago when my British Pound would buy me 1.5
American Dollars. Today my Pound will only get me around 1.2 Dollars.
