[duxuser] Translating Nemeth

Hello,

I have a file that I wish to translate to nemeth Braille.



While I get the signs and symbols correctly, I find the number of upper and
not the lower as of nemeth.



I wish to have all the numbers of lower numbers. How do I change them?
