Below is a link to the Irish braille association's resource page. One of
the resources is a downloadable instruction manual on UEB technical
Guidelines, in print and in braille. I plan to download it myself, as I
volunteer in Cameroon. I hope it's useful.

To my knowledge, the Hadley Institute does not yet have a course related to
UEB math and science. It would be fantastic to have one!
There is a course on Transitioning to UEB which began in 2016.

Can you take classes from Hadley? I believe they are free and would provide
you with actual braille materials.
https://www.hadley.edu/braillecourses.asp
Or could someone there use your braillewriter to copy the visual braille
Math Cheat Sheets from the Resources tab of the UEB Online site into braille
for you?

Subject: [duxuser] UEB Fraction in BRF
Dear List,
I am a totally blind, undergoing the online Introduction to Mathematics in
Unified English Braille. While I struggled, yet went through successfully
till the eight lesson, for lesson eight, I am stuck for not being able to
clearly get the concept of Braille dots.
Is there any possibility of obtaining in Braille with example particularly
on fraction ?
It is hard to understand what we mean by:
Vinculum, vertical or near vertical, or mixed fraction and so on.
Earnestly looking forward for your support.
