In UEB, missing words are indicated by dots 4 6 followed by dots 3 6 When it is
important to know how many letters are missing such as in a crossword puzzle, a
low line should represent each missing letter.

Subject: [duxuser] UEB method of indicating missing letters in word quiz
Dear List,
Posed this question on a different list and as yet not had a response. I am in
the process of upgrading some Word quizzes associated with some Literacy books.
The SEB copy has dots 3,6 for each missing letter (some letters are shown).
What is the correct layout for missing letters? I am aware that missing words
are indicated by dots 4,6 3,6 but struggling to find any guidance on such
layout/formatting in Braillists' Manual from RNIB.
Thanks in advance.
