Hi Ann,

If you have card which is effectively perforated every four
inches, then personally I would be inclined to set up a
Template specifically for that size of form.  This would
give you a page of between 8 and 10 lines depending on the
embosser you use.

We do this ourselves since we regularly produce a monthly
publication on 6 inch deep forms on our Thiel Bax-10
embossers, which works extremely well.

Just to muddy the waters a bit, we have IBM card stock,
three cards to a 12-inch page.  Dots would look really silly
split in half on the perfs of the cards.  For non-card
stock, though, they would be great.
