[duxuser] a Moon Type Writer

Does anyone know anything about the machine that writes Moon Type? Has
anyone ever produced Moon using the facilities of DBT? For anyone
who does not know what Moon Type is, it's a set of very small raised
letters numbers and punctuation easily learned by older people
experiencing vision loss because of the similarity to the print
alphabet.
