[duxuser] blanks in textbook

Hi everyone,

In textbook code, a blank in an exercise is brailled as four hyphens. Is
there any code combination in DBT 10.5 which will force DBT to keep all 4
hyphens to stay together on one line? I've tried everything I can find, to
no avail.
