If you're braille to Code, those URL's should be in computer code.

Hello al:

I have a quick question that I'm sure someone here will have the answer to.

When URL's are being brailled, do they have grade two braille in them? For instance, would the .edu have the ed sign in it?

Also, when a URL has a slash and then a tilde, is there a punctuation indicator of dots 4 5 6 in front of the tilde which is dots 4 5?

Thanx,
Lori

Hello everybody,

Thank you all for the help. One problem is that I am not the only user of
Dbt here. I mainly work during my off time at night in most cases. When
others enter braille, they mostly use it like a Perkins brailler. Anyway, I
shall explain to them everything you have suggested.

With best regards,
Amiyo.

Lloyd,

I imagine the same behavior applies in 10.5. Thanks for the explanation.

The para. style, like other block-level styles, starts and ends at [l]
new-line codes, or at the end or beginning of other existing styles in

George,

That's great! Is this something new in 10.5? How does it know where
one
paragraph ends and the next one begins?

Hi Steve,

In actual fact, if you simply place your cursor anywhere
within a paragraph, you can apply the para. Style and it
will mark the paragraph correctly.

I have to admit that I only learned this trick recently, and
until then was laboriously highlighting each paragraph.

George.

When you type the last character or punctuation mark in a

you can start a new paragraph by pressing the <CONTROL+M>

start paragraph style code in the document.
Unless they've changed something in Version 10.5,
Control-M
only inserts a paragraph code ([p]). To use the paragraph

style, you either have to highlight the text of the
paragraph
and press F8 to choose the paragraph style, or you have to

manually insert the start and end codes in the appropriate
places.
