Hi Lisette,

I've copied this to the experts at Duxbury, in case it is in fact a
fault with the UK tables.

British Braille Primer, (Reprinted by RNIB 2001) states in Lessons 24-26
that, "The letter sign precedes the apostrophe, capital and accent
signs."

Unless you hear back to the contrary for your specific example, it would
be reasonable to assume it will be logged and hopefully fixed for the
next release.
