I'm afraid there is no automatic columnisation process in DBT.
However you can set tabs in DBT, and so align columns of words.
If you could provide a more specific example, we might be able to suggest a
work-round.

Is there a way to make lists of single words into columns that are acceptable to braille readers and which would save space? I can't find anything in Duxbury's help file on this and I don't know where there is a more advanced tutorial (without being too technical -- I'm still new at this). ---Debra
