Hi Marsha, 

According to the 3rd edition of The Computer Braille Code Made Easy by Judy 
Dixon, the superscript indicator is 4 5 6, 3 4 5 6.  Also, when the superscript 
or subscript text is not followed by a space the half-line shift is terminated 
by 4 5 6, 1 5 6.
