Here's what I think I'd do if I were you. I'd copy the file or files that make up the book and put them in a new Duxbury document. Put in the codes to make Grade 1 and save it that way so you can repeat this if necessary. I don't think it needs to be double-spaced unless they specifically request it. I will have to stick my neck out here and say that anybody who can read a book that's five volumes long ought to be reading with contractions. But then, what do I know?
