The only way to accomplish what Lisa wants is to insert the numbers manually. If you look at the T.O.C. dialog, you'll note that you can select print page numbers or braille page numbers, but not both. I should think there would be a way to show both Braille and print page numbers in the same table of contents. I have seen it done in many forms and publications. In the table of contents we have the custom option but it allows you only to choose either Braille or print page numbers. However we need to use both print and Braille page numbers with leader characters such as A1 or B1.
