Hi Gary, I'm not at all sure how to tell you to do this with a screen reader, but basically you to click on Word's Show/Hide button, then look for the suspect "Page Break". However, you might just be able to "fiddle it" if you go to the very, very top of the send page, then press the backspace key. With any luck, this being a "destructive" keystroke, it will take out the Page Break. I am editing a document in word 2000. I scanned it from a brochure. The scan went well. It was a dual page document. The situation is this: there is a heading on the first page and the body of the text starts on the second page. This happens in two places. How can I get this information on the same page? I need this information asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Regards, Gary Metzler Outta Sight Travel, Inc. send to: gmtravel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.outtasighttravel.com * * * * This message is via list duxuser at freelists.org. * To unsubscribe, send a blank message with * unsubscribe * as the subject to <duxuser-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
