Julie,

The translation for "and" is the single cell with dots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6. The two-cell character is the translation for the ampersand (&).

You don't need to mess with the embosser settings. For easier operation,
start by resetting your embosser to factory defaults, and then use the
Duxbury settings to control the embossing. It's much easier that way.
Start
by defining the embosser paper size, lines per page, characters per line,
etc., in the Global settings for the embosser. Then fine tune as needed
with
the Document Settings option for each document. Note that as you do this,
you will see in the dialogue a checkbox for interpoint embossing.
