HI Alex,
Unfortunately our engineer is off sick today, as I’m sure he knows the main
problem here. Unfortunately also, I cannot contact one of my users who make
extensive use of this size. I have a feeling it relates to which Index embosser
setup you select, A, B, or C.
However you do have 20 characters per line, and a binding margin of one, where
Duxbury’s default is zero. Could this be the issue?

Subject: [duxuser] embossing problem: Index V5 and 12.2 DBT
Hello all,
I have a problem with DBT 12.2 software, where it is installed and configured
successfully Index Everest D-V5. The problem is when we try to emboss some
text, that is prepared in document settings: A4 folded booklet, 20 characters
per line, 13 lines per page, binding margin: 1, top margin: 0. In embosser, we
set paper size to A4 Portrait, Region: Europe.
When we click on Emboss, Index Says "escape sequence error...."
What we can do regarding this problem?
