Well, actually, it's gotten much more complicated now. I am using XP Home, but another problem is one I had a few months ago when I re-installed DBT Win. I am not able to open any .doc files either from Word into DBT or open them in DBT. I can however, go to another computer and open the Word .doc file, bring it in to DBT, save it as a .dxp and email it to myself and open it on the computer that is having trouble.

The other thing that I have had occurring for about five months is that I will lose speech for about 4 braille pages when moving through a braille file. Then the speech returns for about 15 pages and then I lose it again. Sound familiar?

Betsy,

I have had the same difficulty without resolution at this time. What
operating system are you using?

I just installed Duxbury 10.5 again. When I open the program I get an error
message that says it is unable to add default templates. Any idea what this
means?
