Hi John,

Do you have print page numbers in your Word document?

Also, may I suggest you check out your settings in "Global:
Word Importer" and ensure "Mark Print Page Breaks" is
checked.

George.

Subject: [duxuser] help needed with printing ms word
documents

I' am using duxbury 10.4 on an xp pro system and am trying
to print documents created in ms word. I need help in two
areas:
1. I cannot seem to get Duxbury to indicate print page
numbers. I've inserted my own page breaks into the word
document and have told Duxbury to indicate print page breaks
-- no luck. Do I need to insert the reference page break
code in manually? If so, could somebody tell me the code?
I've tried reading about codes in the on-line help but find
it very unhelpful.
2. Ideally, I'd like to have Duxbury go to a new Braille
page when printing another document (power point slides put
into a word document). Each page is a new slide and it would
be very helpful to have a new Braille page for each slide.
Incidentally, I do a fair amount of document creation using
MS word and, when I print using duxbury, still can't get
print page numbers, even on docs I've created myself on my
computer.
Thanks for the help!
  John
