[duxuser] making a page break in braille format and changing page numbers

Hello listers,
I've changed the length of a volume in Braille and now need to break into
the format to make a new page (NO page number) for the title page and the
following page for contents. Can't figure out how to do this. Have tried
various codes but they don't work for me. Am sure someone knows what to do.
