If you go into "Word importer" in the Global menu, and set the check box for
"Mark Print Page Breaks" to checked, the [lea] command will be invoked with the
appropriate page number whenever the print page changes, and the textbook
template is set up to place the print page number at the top right of each
braille page.

Thanks for answering David. I want the print page numbering to show page 2 and
then continue putting in the print page numbers wherever they fall in the
braille document as I've seen in textbooks. I've also seen textbooks with a
braille page number at the bottom right and a print page number at the top
right and sometimes there will be letters attached like 1a 1b and so on until
the next print page starts. If I enter the code lea at the top of the document
will it give me the print page numbers all the way through or do I have to put
it in every time a new print page starts?

The command that you need is [lea], with the print page number immediately
following it without a space. For example, if I write:
this is a test.[lea]23
and then I translate it, I get:
? is a te/4
-------------------------------------#bc
You can also use an alternate fill character or words, or you could change the
fill type to partial. The DBT help entry is as follows:
[lea] -- Accept the next word or group as the "reference document page number".
(In a braille file, this would be called the "print" or "inkprint" page
number.) E.g. [lea]26 would be given at the point in the text where page 26
begins in the reference edition of the document. The command is equivalent
to [lea;f~-]. The actual treatment of the page number depends on current
default settings. See [svles...].
[lea;F~X] -- Accept the "reference document page number" as with [lea], but use
variant fill type F and fill character X in the output treatment.

I can never figure out how to get that line that divides the page and has a
print page number shown at the righthand end of it. I made sure that I applied
page numbers in my Word document. What do I need to do in Duxbury besides
opening the document in the textbook template? Thanks for your help.
