[duxuser] please help me get Basic D to work!

Hi gang,
Well, I have the newest Basic D braille embosser and use Duxbury 10.7. I
have a laptop that I'm trying to configure to work properly with the braille
embosser. I can get the printer to print but it looks like it's embossing
the shapes of print letters. Using a USB connection and configuring to
work with serial mode. Embosser wants to print what it wants to and not
what I want!!! NOT NICE and NOT braille dots! How should I configure line
spacing on the Basic D? What's the value? Don't see where it says
single-spaced! Anyone out there??
