Hi Lisette, What you describe is simply careless typing. Moreover, the typist is clearly not using any spell checking facilities. You would be surprised (or perhaps not) how many Government publications for example, we get which contain such mistakes. A spell check is virtually the first thing we do before we even consider working on the braille side. However, I would stress the importance of referring such errors back to the originator to raise their consciousness of such mistakes. It doesn't always work, but in our experience is well worth it.
