Hi Terri,

Short of using a program like Word's envelope feature, if you must use
DTB, then all I can suggest is that with some sighted help you create a
file in DBT's editor which you could save and call in whenever you
needed it.

As we've been discussing here, DBT's text editor is fairly limited, and
principally designed for braile production.
