Can you please confirm which ET embosser?
Is it actually manufactured by Enabling, or is it the new Juliet, which is
actually an Index Embosser, but with an Enabling badge on it?

Subject: [duxuser] problem with an ET embosser
Hello everyone,
A friend of mine who has a brailling business and is not on this list has the
ET enabling embosser, similar to the Juliet.
She is having the following issues with it and I was wondering if anyone on
this list might have some suggestions?
Jeanne
Her first message
I was brailling out an order today, and noticed the top of form was nearer the
top edge of the page than I generally like it. It could be read. I thought
I would be smart and reset the page settings. Now it won't print at all, just
pushes the page up with nothing on it as if it hasn't saved the settings.
Her second message
yesterday I was doing a book, the main part came out fine except the top line
was too near the top. When i did the cover page, nothing appeared although
the embosser did its thing as if it were brailling.
Then I did the contents page and the only thing that appeared was three cells
of braille down the left hand side of the upper side of the page, nothing
else. Then when I turned it over it was the reverse. I then brought up a
document and triedtwo pages and exactly the same thing happened.
