Hi Angie,

To begin with, look at DBT's "Global" Menu, and select "Word
Importer". Make sure that in the Print Page Breaks list box
you have "Mark from Word Document" selected. You may also
wish to check "Preserve Hard Page Breaks".

(If you are using 10.6 (SR4), press F1 when you have the
Word Importer dialog open, which will bring up Help. There
is a link at the beginning of this topic to "DBT's Word
Importer Explained"

Now re-import the document into DBT.

However, if there are no Page Numbers in Word, I suspect you
will have to add them as described - though probably best to
point this out to the student.

George.

>Hello All,

I am having problems with a file that a student sent me to
print... She said that there is to be print reference
indicators on
the page. There are not. There are Braille pages at the
bottom of
the page - she asked me to print it in textbook template -
but there
are no print pages. I noticed that her original word
document does
not have print page #''s printed on them. Does this matter?

I also took another document that does have print page
numbers on it
and tried that, but it doesn't print indicators or print
page #'s at
the top as the Help menu indicates that it should....

What am I missing?

Thanks very much for your help.
Angie
