those buttons are checked but the page number is not showing at the bottom in
hard copy Braille. Any other idea's?

Lisa,
You can fix this by going to Document Menu \ Numbering where you'll see a
series of radio buttons which determine where the page numbers will appear.
Check the buttons so that braille page numbering appears at the bottom right
for odd and even pages.

Good morning,
My question to the list is this. I have opened the American book format for
working on a publication. However I'm not seeing the number at the bottom of
the page? I do see the page number at the top write but not at the bottom
write. Is there a way to change this with out starting over? I have done
quite a bit of work already and I wood hate to have to do this again.
