Hello Cornel and all.

Cornel, thanks for the detailed problem description. I have been trying to
duplicate the problem, and I just got some similar results.

When I got the results you are describing, I was using the Braille font in
braille documents. I went to Global menu > Fonts and changed the font sizes. I
experienced the problem when I set the font size for the print font to 18 and
the font size for the braille font to 24. In any case, you might try setting
lower values for the print and braille font sizes.

All the best,
Caryn

Hi, Penny! thank you for your answer; I also tried alt + ef3 and unloading
jaws; it is o.k., but not definitely. I'll be more explicit: let's say, I
have the text translated; there are 3 lines and after these lines a empty
line (code sk1); after I go down with down arrow and I pass over that empty
line, I want to go up, but here already the Jaws seems to be locked cannot
pass again over the empty line.
