Hello,
I'm having another new user issue. I accidentally started a running head on
page 1 instead of page 2 of the main body. Now I cannot figure out how to
delete it from page 1 and then set it to start on page 2.
I tried to just highlight it and delete, but I cannot select it.
Can someone here point me in the right direction?
