Hi Julie,

Aside from selecting the correct form size in DBT's Global: Embosser Setup, my
first suspicion would be that you may have the version of Embosser wrong.

There are two options as shown below. You can usually establish which you need
by listening to the number spoken when you power on the embosser.

The embosser is an Index-D version 3. Yes, I believe we have 11.2 SR4.

Could we have a little more information please? What make and model of
embosser do you have? And is your 11.2 at Service Release 4?

Is this something which has just started happening?

Hello,
When embossing interpoint on narrow braille paper, the left margin for the
second page (on the back of the paper) is in the middle of the page and the
braille wraps around. We are using Duxbury 11.2. Any ideas as to why this might
be happening? Thanks.
