[duxuser] selecting?

Hello,
I have a text book where I would like to just select certain pages. How
do I do this without exiting out of the Jaws scripts?
When I hit ctrl+shift+down arrow I hear a ton of nonsense.
Is there a way to set a selection mark, then go to where I wish to
finish selecting and hit ctrl+c to copy?
Alternatively, is there a way to select whole pages?
for example, I have like 3 pages that say "page 204". I need all of them
because it is giving the print page 204.
How can I do this?
