Thanks for the answer. Please answer below questions related to this:

1. Will changing RTF file extension to ".doc" will
work? For example, what happens when I rename "File1.rtf" to "File2.doc"
without opening in MS Word and send it to Duxbury printer? Do you have
any idea about what are the reasons behind not supporting RTF format?

2. Does it recognize complete object model of MS Word?
Or are there any limitations regarding some objects or versions? For
example, Reports having tables won't be printed properly etc.

3. How can a .NET application (or any application)
directly handshake with Duxbury translation software? Do they provide
any APIs or it's a pure offline process?

4. Which are different versions of Duxbury translation
software available?

5. Are there any software design guidelines or any
material available with you? Please send me those.\

6. Are there any consultants available whom I can talk
and discuss these in more details? If yes please give me their details.

Thanks and Regards,

Ganesh Gajakosh

No. With RTF documents, you will need to convert them to a .doc (Word)
format, or .txt.

You can do this in Word, or if you do not have Word, then you can save
to .txt with WordPad.

George.
