as in the 28th of the month?  Is it really important that it's in superscript - 
is it for a reason?  If not, and if it just follows the print format, then 
personally I wouldn't worry about it and just translate it as normal.  The only 
superscript sign I know if is the "ing" sign, but that's for maths.
