Dear Jean and list:

In your below message, you said to use the decimal point which is
dots 4-5, unless you are discussing UEBC or some other language,
I have always used dots 4-6 for the decimal point in English
Braille, American Edition.

Number sign, 09, use the decimal which is dots 4-5 for the
period, then the number 7. No spaces.

I'm stymied. How do I Braille the time :09.7 seconds? It
comes out as something way out. Am sure someone out there can
help me. Thanks. Ardell Nolte
