process. Duxbury,
megadots, winbraille,
turbobraille and all the
other brailles do not
produce the finished
products that we send to
our customers. Human
beings transcribe. Duxbury
and its counterparts take
the drawing of a document
that we create and convert
it to braille symbols. The
order and layout of those
symbols are still up to
us. If anything, I would
change the word
translation to
"conversion".
Transcription is a total
process. These programs
are only tools.
