[duxuser] transcribing in nemeth

I'm transcribing a chapter of a manual which needs to be done in
nemeth. I am using the textbook format template. Is there an easy
way to get this chapter to translate in to nemeth e.g. a style I can
turn on? If not, I have questions and thoughts about several
different ways I could go about this.
I have tried using the technical context code but this isn't always
translating the calculation sequences correctly. The sort of thing
I'm finding is that when I use the technical context codes, a
numbersign is being placed after a times sign. The times sign which
is represented by an asterisk in the text file is being translated as
dot 4, then a numbersign.
Short of using q codes all the time, is there a nemeth style I can
turn on for the whole chapter?
I am working with a text document, and it is not practical for me to
use six key entry to braille the chapter.
A little while ago when I was asking about foreign language symbols,
someone mentioned a feature of dbt where one could apparently enter
braille directly in to a dxp file. Is this a possibility which I
could use here for things like getting the times signs to translate
correctly? I guess in some ways it's a toss up between that and q
codes, but I don't want to have to go through the whole chapter and
put in a q code for every calculation
I'm looking for the most efficient and timely method of translating
this chapter and would appreciate your suggestions.
