[duxuser] trouble opening new update to Dux 10.5

I am having trouble with the new release to 10.5. I get an error that says it 
is Not a valid win 32 application.

I am using Windows XP and have Duxbury 10.5. I did shut off the Duxbury program 
before trying to open the download. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
