Hi folks,
I recently had a problem with my Virgin Media router; resulting in its
replacement. This meant having to re-install various devices such as PCs,
Internet radio and mobile phones. It was basically a question of entering my
new Router's name and new password, on each device.
I have failed to connect my Amazon Dot; though everything else was
straightforward. I suppose I should begin by uninstalling the Alexa app; and
downloading it again from scratch.
Any advice will be most appreciated.
