I won't try to answer all of your questions here but, for the first one:
First, go to Change System Sounds. The simplest way to do this is to go to
the desktop, press the windows key, and type in change system sounds. Press
enter and it will open. Tab to Program Events Sounds and you can down arrow
through a list of the various options and sounds you can choose for them.

Hi All!
I'm hoping someone can help me out with the following. I recently got a new
computer with Jaws 20 20 installed and Windows 10 and each time I receive an
e-mail in Outlook no sound is indicated when I receive one only a quiet
non-sound notification from Outlook and would like to disable this, how do I
do this? And the box for it is checked in Backstage view and Mail by
pressing Alt F for the file menu and going to Options and arrowing down to
Mail. I always got a sound on my previous computer.
I've been in the JAWS VOICES but where do I find the new voices? I can only
find the standard eight ones, and I know that there's more humanized ones
now like the Irish Female one!
How do I get a sound to indicate that I'm at the top or bottom of something
by pressing either "Control and Home or "Control and End.
After I press a letter it says A for Alpha etc, how do I turn this off?
