Just to follow up on yesterday's e-mail.
I got Paul Griffith's two messages today, one was a voice message and the
other was a text that was red out by Alexa. I got two alert tones, but no
announcement of them by voice, so I didn't know what the sound alert tone
was for. I just decided to ask her have I any messages, and she told me
that I had two, but if I didn't decide to ask her, I wouldn't have known
about them!
I could also send a voice message, but was informed by her that "SMS
MESSAGES are not available on this device". I've an Echo Dot Fourth
Generation. I did however sync my contacts over from my iPhone as
instructed by the little lady to do so!
