After following all the instructions of:
"RESETTING YOUR DEVICE, NOW IN SET UP MODE, DEREGISTERING IT & REGISTERING
IT AGAIN, UNPLUGGING IT"
And turning off the modem and back on again, Alexa still doesn't respond if
the device has been on for a while, and I tell her to stop playing what I'm
listening to. The microphone is on during all this.
I've e-mailed Echo from the Alexa App outlining everything, and I await a
response.
I'm very frustrated, as this has never happened my 3rd or 4th generation
speakers, and I use it daily and rely on it so much. I only have it ten
months. I even said that I'm considering purchasing another brand of
speaker.
