On two recent occasions I ordered an item through the Amazon App. On both
occasions the order was duplicated, on the first occasion I received two
order confirmations and just cancelled one of the orders consequently one
item was delivered. Last week I placed another order and received one order
confirmation,I also recieved a blank email from Amazon, and did nothing about
it. I now have recieved two dispatch confirmations again with separate order
numbers.
Have any of you experienced similar issues. Do you think reinstalling the app
might sort it.
