Apple's late CEO Steve Jobs may have had input in its future iPhone designs, according to a report. The San Francisco Examiner understands that the company's next two smartphones are based on blueprints that "precede [current CEO] Tim Cook". The publication sourced the information from a conversation between District Attorney George Gascon and Apple's government liaison Michael Foulkes about the growing issue of smartphone theft. Apple's iPhone 5 is thought to be the final product Jobs oversaw from concept to development, but the report suggests that the next iteration of the popular smartphone could be announced this summer.
