Again, this looks as though Outlook or whatever your email client is, has
stripped out the first paragraph you're your message. This usually happens
if there is a hidden command like control-I which is a valid part of the
message header that indicates to the email client that this paragraph is to
be stripped out before presenting the message to your inbox. As we saw last
year, the work-around that worked for Noreen was to type the subject line as
normal, tab to the message body and hit the backspace key as soon as you
land in the message area before typing anything
