I think the answer on how to create a shortcut in Chrome is so short it was missed 😀 It's Ctrl + D. A dialog will open but no need to change anything, just tab and press Done.

To create a desktop shortcut of the current page it's Alt + F to open Chrome's menu, then arrow down to "More tools", extend it with right arrow then down to "Create shortcut...". In the new dialog fill in a desired name if you don't like the default one, then Click the Create button.

    Paul  was asking about Siri on IOS 17 and was it still working. Stuart said it wasn't working for  him.  Jackie said hers was grand, she also said she is finding him more snappy.  The different bugs that can happen to apps were discussed with any IOS update that comes down. Jackie said she is loving that she can speed up Siri now but she said IOS17 overall is boring.   Ken asked about how his photos app no longer opens in his recent photos. Jackie and Stuart said they had the same experience. This has nothing to do with IOS17 as Ken still hasn't updated.   Anne-Marie is still having issues with teams on windows, she is looking for help with this.  Anne-marie also was asking about creating a bookmark in google chrome. Adrian did tell her how to do it however, Lady W drifted away for a few seconds so kinda missed the answer to this question. Some kind soul called Adrian  might fill in the blank.   A long conversation happened with the various different types of scams that are happening. We all spoke about the scams we have received and some very humorous stories on how we've dealt with them.   we also spoke about how great it would be to have a camera that could be attached to a pair of glasses and could   connect to the iPhone,  the phone would still do the work but the camera would feed back the visual information.This would be handy for reading stuff, using be my eyes and other such apps.        for safety reasons the  note taking stopped.   all have a good Saturday.     Lady W
